Fake alt-right darling Billy Wayne Ruddick Jr. dug up an anti-Hillary Clinton conspiracy theory for Sunday's episode of "Who is America?" on Showtime.

Comedian and show creator Sacha Baron Cohen duped former Gov. Howard Dean (D-VT) into arguing whether the former Democratic presidential candidate is actually a woman. Showing a doctored photo of Clinton in a pantsuit with an outline, Ruddick asked, "What's that?"

"What's what?" Dean asked.

Ruddick pointed to the area. Dean credited a bad dry cleaner.

There are two episodes left in the show's first season.

"You can't handle the truth," Ruddick said. "Have you seen her lady parts?"

"I have not," Dean confessed.

Ruddick explained that's why the former 2004 candidate isn't a reliable source.
