‘Cookin Up Justice’ Highlights Shiloh’s Steak & Seafood in Titusville, Seeks Suspect Orey Simon Gardner Jr.

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Brevard County Sheriff’s Office released a new edition of ‘Cookin Up Justice’ on Thursday, the show that highlights a local restaurant, while serving up some justice by highlighting a suspect wanted in the community.

This week’s wanted suspect was announced as Orey Simon Gardner Jr.

In the episode, Sheriff Wayne Ivey features Shiloh’s Steak & Seafood in Titusville located on 3665 S. Washington Ave.

With a direct view of NASA’s Kennedy Space Center, Shiloh’s offers the ideal setting for water front dining. They also take great pride in offering a wide variety of dishes that has something for everyone.

In the episode, Sheriff Wayne Ivey features Shiloh’s Steak & Seafood in Titusville located on 3665 S. Washington Ave.

In this edition of ‘Cookin Up Justice’, Sheriff Ivey works with Chef Dave Payette to make a delicious 6-ounce Black Angus Tenderloin.

In addition to great food, the Sanders family, takes great pride in employing a number of Brevard County citizens and serve hundreds of visitors each day.

“We are proud to say we now employ over 90 people and serve up to a thousand people a day,” said Louis and Teresa Sanders.

“One of the best things of owning a restaurant is the joy of serving and making people happy, you meet and get to know so many people.”

Shiloh’s Steak & Seafood was named after a village in Brevard County, Florida called Shiloh.

Shiloh is the northernmost place in Brevard County. Shiloh is currently uninhabited.

It was an active community during the turn of the 19th to the 20th Century.

During the beginning of the Space Age, the village was later annexed to NASA’s John F. Kennedy Space Center (KSC), Merritt Island, Florida, Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, and the Canaveral National Seashore.

Shiloh is a “dark sky” site used by the Kennedy Space Center Amateur Astronomers and the Brevard Astronomical Society for astronomical observation and imaging.

The episode also names 48-year-old Orey Simon Gardner Jr. as this week’s wanted suspect. Gardner Jr. is wanted for various charges that includes Burglary, Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle and much more.

He was last seen in the Melbourne area.
