Last month, Nader was arrested and charged with bringing child pornography materials into the United States back in January 2018.

Prosecutors allege he had a cell phone in his possession that contained visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

An affidavit filed in federal court in Virginia describes the contents of 12 videos allegedly found on Nader's iPhone 7 in shocking detail.

They featured sexual acts with at least 12 young boys estimated to be between the ages of two and 14 years old.

The videos were discovered when Nader was questioned by Customs and Border Protection agents at Washington-Dulles International Airport after arriving on a flight from Dubai.

The child pornography charges were initially filed in April 2018 but were not unsealed until his arrest.

He is currently being held in prison as he awaits trial, which is set for September 30.

In addition to the 1991 and 2019 child porn charges, Nader was also jailed n the Czech Republic in 2003 after being convicted of sexually abusing minors.

He was sentenced to twelve months in jail.
