Fundraiser for the Families of the Recently Slain Oakland Police Officers - Saturday April 18th

San Carlos, CA --- April 16, 2009 /PRAvenueNW/ -- Optimal Fitness Lifestyle Centers will hold a special fundraising event to help the families of the heroic police officers that were killed in the line of duty last month in Oakland CA. The OFLC Fundraising Event is going to be held on Saturday, April 18, 2009 at their center located at 951-A Industrial Ave. in San Carlos, CA and will run from 9am to Noon.

This event is proudly sponsored by Optimal Fitness Lifestyle Centers, CrossFit, and other local charities. CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. However, anyone can do most exercises. Optimal Fitness Lifestyle Center is a local organization focused on helping individuals achieve their optimal health and fitness lifestyle.
