Floodgates Installed In Great Neck NY on April 28th and 29th

An Environmentally Friendly Solution To Flooding

Melville, NY - April 24, 2008 - As follow up to the human interest article (link below), Michael Einsidler of Einsidler Management said, "We are having an automatic floodgate installed in Great Neck on April 28th and 29th, which will be tested in early May. If an automatic gate had been proposed for the Trump-Jones Beach project, the plan could have had the potential to be approved (their floodgate proposal required a security guard on site, 24/7 to manually activate it). This product is automatic, requiring no people or power ("it is green") deploying only from the hydrostatic pressure of a flood and is a cost effective solution guaranteed to stop flooding. Of course, in appropriate applications, it won't stop a Katrina style storm, but the usage of these floodgates will enormously affect insurance, safety and losses in a positive way.

Michael Einsidler, the owner of Einsidler Management said, "As you can see by the attached photo of a floodgate installation, which I took when I was in Texas last week, this gate can be installed anywhere (i.e., Northern State Parkway, Route 110, etc.,). In addition, a prototype derivation of the product is being developed as I speak for utilization in a subway system of a major US city which I'm not at liberty to reveal."

Einsidler goes on to say, "Our building in Great Neck has lost a total of 40 cars on two separate incidents in the last three years because the drainage system of Middle Neck Road can no longer accommodate the enormous volume of rain we've been seeing due to climate change and construction (please see the article below). The Board of Directors of the building has researched available products and have taken a proactive position to prevent additional flooding and property damage, even though it is Nassau County's responsibility to address the insufficient drainage problems. In order to regain their monthly income of $3,000 which they lost due to the displacement of cars in their garage, the Board of Directors had to take matters into their own hands!"

This gate will be the solution and Einsidler will be in the building lobby from 4 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday of next week with a tabletop prototype which activates in less than a minute to show exactly how the system works.

Einsidler said, "Videos can be watched on Youtube, type in "FloodBreak", there are three videos (see links below):
