Registered voters in Jefferson County can soon start voting absentee for the May primary.Click here for more information on absentee votingVoters who will not be able to vote on May 22 can submit their ballot beginning Monday at the election center located at the Edison Center on West Ormsby Avenue.Hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday until May 21. Hours are from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m on Saturday May 12 and 19.
