UCA to host talk by Bush daughter

CONWAY-- One of former President George W. Bush's daughters will give a speech at the University of Central Arkansas.

Jenna Bush Hager, a contributing correspondent for NBC's Today show, will give the speech at Reynolds Performance Hall at 7:30 p.m Tuesday.

Amanda Horton, director of Reynolds Performance Hall, said her lecture will cover growing up in the White House, working as a UNICEF volunteer and the inspiration she received from her experience as an author and as a media personality.

Hager is an editor-at-large for Southern Living magazine and the author of Ana's Story: A Journey of Hope, which she wrote after traveling to Latin America in 2006 as an intern with UNICEF.

Tickets are $15 for the general public, $5 for the UCA community, $5 for non-UCA students and children, and free for UCA students with a valid student ID.
