THERE’S NO COOKIE: Angela Kinsey — best known for her role as the uptight accountant Angela Martin on “The Office” — got cozy in the kitchen with Colin Lynch, chef and partner at Bar Mezzana, as they filmed an episode of her YouTube series “Baking with Josh & Ange.” Kinsey, who was in town to speak at Northeastern University’s Blackman Auditorium, and her husband, fellow actor Joshua Snyder, helped Lynch whip up some of his handmade tagliolini with bay scallops, meyer lemon and chili at the Harrison Ave. eatery.
PREMIERE PARENTS: State Rep. Nick Collins and his wife, Dr. Olivia Liff, just welcomed their first child. Their baby girl, Justine Liff Collins, came into the world at 8:15 Tuesday morning at Tufts Medical Center. “Most incredible day of my life,” Collins wrote on Twitter alongside a picture of his new family. “Mom and baby are both doing great and resting comfortably.”
HERE COMES THE DEAL: Cheryl Hines has a new gig for the new year — CBS Films just hired her to direct the comedy “Revenge Wedding.” Variety dropped the deets on the plot: A woman discovers her wealthy fiance is cheating on her and gets her bestie and a crew of lowlifes to transform their perfect wedding into a circus of revenge. As one does. “Everyone who has ever been devastated by betrayal will revel in the heart and redemption in this funny adventure,” Hines said. In real life, however, the 52-year-old actress had quite the star-studded wedding day when she married Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on Aug. 2, 2014 (note to well-wishers: traditional gifts for the fourth anniversary are fruit and flowers) at the Kennedy Compound in Hyannisport. Guests included Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Brad Hall and Larry David (Hines’s “Curb Your Enthusiasm” TV hubby), while Natasha Bedingfield did the warbling. And nary a crew of revenge-plotting lowlifes in sight.
