From the shoes to the hair to the gum, Russell Wilson transformed into coach Pete Carroll for Halloween on Tuesday, which is also the day the Seahawks quarterback visits the Seattle Children's Hospital.

Wilson really nailed this - A+ job. He describes himself as "the young, charming, darker skinned, gum chewing Pete Carroll."

The News Tribune's Gregg Bell explained that Wilson visits the hospital every Tuesday and brings great joy to all the kids. Per Bell:

He goes into the hospital's most critical situations in the intensive-care and cancer units. He's mocked up in protective outerwear and gloves to be at the bedside of the most contagious and at-risk kids.
