One of America's greatest storytellers, Garrison Keillor, will come to the Saenger Theatre in Mobile on March 15, 2018, at 7 p.m., according to a news release from Big Spring Entertainment, which is presenting the show.
Tickets will go on sale Friday, Dec. 13, at 10 a.m. at the Saenger box office, the Mobile Civic Center box office or through Ticketmaster, www.ticketmaster.com. Ticket prices are $62, $52 and $42.
For more than 40 years, Keillor hosted the radio show "A Prairie Home Companion" on Minnesota Public Radio. Known for his soothing, hypnotic voice, whimsical vignettes and homespun brand of humor, Keillor continues to bring stories to life on public radio's "The Writer's Almanac."
A bestselling author, Keillor has published more than two dozen books of fiction and poetry. A signing will immediately follow the show in Mobile.
