'Bake America Great Again!' Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton inspire satirical cookbooks filled with cheeky recipes like 'the great wall of tacos' and 'NFL knee cap onion rings'

The influence of Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton has touched nearly every aspect of our lives, and now a pair of cookbook authors are bring them into the kitchen. 

A pair of recipe books based on the political rivals are now on the scene to help politics junkies inject a little policy into their culinary adventures - with a healthy amount of humor. 

One of these books is the aptly named The Donald Trump ‘All-American’ Super-Mega-Huge-Gigantic Cookbook, by art auction broker Les Fox, which will be going on sale March 1 for $19.95.

Recipes in the book are not only inspired by the president himself, but also his colleagues, political opponents and fellow world leaders. 

Promising 50 recipes for 50 states, this publication includes tempting recipes bearing names such as 'McCain/McCanyon Rattlesnake McNuggets/Arizona' and 'Vladimir Putin’s Russian Blizzard Frozen Yogurt/Alaska.'

There are also such delicacies as the 'Louisiana Drain-the-Swamp Crawfish Bouillabaisse' and the 'Great Wall of Tacos.'

A quick peruse of the recipes reveals that they are most certainly more for comedy than for cooking, but author Les Fox claims that many are 'sort of cookable.'

He told New York Daily News: 'I reviewed popular recipes for each dish and combined them in a corrupted recipe blend filled with lots of subtle jokes.'

The pages are full of crazy artwork featuring collages using photos of Trump, Putin, Chris Christie and more surrounded by food. One recipe for 'The Kim Jung Un "Rocket Man" New York Chili Dog' sees the North Korean leader Kim Jong-un - wohse name was spelled incorrectly in the book - grinning in front of a chili dog taking off like a rocket. 

Fox also admitted that he didn't actually taste test any of the recipes. 

More fitting of the cookbook term is Craft Cocktails by Val: Drinks Inspired by Hillary Rodham Clinton, by Heike Kevenhörster. The book is already available for $35 online, shipped from Europe.

This collection features true, carefully crafted recipes accompanied by collaged images of Hillary on famous paintings to match the various drink concepts.

The name is inspired by Hillary's own character from SNL, the bartender named Val who consoles Kat McKinnon's Hillary.

Among the recipes are 'October Surprise', featuring an image of a woman witting with her face in the floor, Hillary's head with a morose expression Photoshopped on, or 'Hillary Tonic', where a Creme de Violette and gin cocktail is illustrated with a photo of Hillary's face molded onto the body of Sadness from Pixar's Inside Out.  

The recipes even chronicle the 2016 election with other recipes bearing names like 'Woman Card', 'Shoulder Shimmy' and 'Millennial Outreach.'
