SB3: Who Crossed Party Lines: Senate Bill 3, which would ban abortions after 20 weeks, passed the state House late last night with six Republicans and 11 Democrats voting against the party line.

Grove Wins National Legislator of the Year From ALEC: State Rep. Seth Grove was awarded “Legislator of the Year” by the American Legislative Exchange Council, a national group that promotes limited government principles.

Wolf Will Not “Pile On” By Releasing IG Report: Governor Tom Wolf said that he will not release the Inspector General’s report he ordered looking into Lieutenant Governor Mike Stack’s treatment of his protection detail and staff in the LG’s mansion.

CD-11: Former Revenue Secretary Dan Meuser announced the endorsements from state Reps. Karen Boback (R-Lackawanna/Luzerne/Wyoming), Lynda Schlegel Culver (R-Northumberland/Snyder), Doyle Heffley (R-Carbon), Sue Helm (R-Dauphin/Lebanon), Aaron Kaufer (R-Luzerne), Kurt Masser (R-Columbia/Montour/Northumberland), Tom Mehaffie (R-Dauphin), Dave Millard (R-Columbia).  “I’m honored to have the support of so many committed public officials from across the 11th Congressional District,” Meuser said.
